Indian Shrimp Feed Market and Feed Sales for 2017

2017 is a Golden year for all feed companies .Every company did well in terms of volumes .This year there was an increase in new culture areas in Andhra Pradesh in  West Godavary,East Godavary and Krishna Districts .Added to this Most of the fish farms in these districts were converted to shrimp farms due to the low prices for IMC and Pungasius , In  districts like Nellore  notices  an increase in stocking densities compared to year 2016. States like Gujrath,West bengal and Orissa culture success was better compared to 2016 and noticed increase in culture areas. Another Contributing factor for increase in feed sales is increase in overall  survival % which can be attributed to quality seed and less incidences of WFD ( white fecal disease )
