Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment, we’re here to help.

Only defective products which fall under the category of non-perishable items can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. We ask that you report any product defects within 15days of your receiving your order. After 15 days 40Count will make every attempt to replace your product,
however charges may apply.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that : The product is defective and was purchased in the last 15 days .

The product should be a non-perishable item.

The product is in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for return.

Sea Food and Seed and any non-defective items that are sold on the site will not be applicable for return policy.

Refunds

We at 40count commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that 40count is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

40count is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by 40count, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.

Replacements for defective items are sent free of charge and we will cover any return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement product. We will send you return instructions accordingly. Failure to return the defective product or failure to send pictures when we ask for them may result in delays and there may be a charge for the replacement item and we would all like to avoid this.
